Customer support for services included in web hosting accounts, such as e-mail, cPanel, WHM, DNS and backups. Troubleshooting of websites and e-mail. Performing actions related to spam and hacked web sites. Working with systems such as WHMCS, WHM, cPanel, Cloudlinux, Jira, Confluence, WordPress. Contact with customers through e-mail, chat and telephone.

Customer support for services such as Citrix, Web, DNS, Exchange, Microsoft Office and Windows Server.
Customers’ local environments in terms of networks, printers and clients. Support by phone and email. All
cases were logged in Marval and other tools were Team Viewer and Kaseya. Also work on-site at
Customers for installation and maintenance of clients, networks and hardware.
Coordinator and Project Manager
2009-ongoing – The Guides and Scouts of Sweden
Project management for events since 2009 and scout leader since 2010. Coordinator for JOTA-JOTI Sweden (now the e-Scout group) since 2011 with responsibility for planning, execution and national development of the international event JOTA-JOTI, and now the development of E-Scouting in Sweden.
I did volunteer work (2013–2014) for the Scouts in Europe (Austria, Spain and England) where I worked with daily maintenance of scout centers, reception of groups, instructing outdoor activities (including rock climbing, team building and shooting).
Markus also has a burning interest in technology in general but IT and radio communication in particular.
